AI from the ground up. Built for your business.

Document security is important. Our systems are built with just that in mind, and we run them wherever your rules say they should live.

Office Inference
Cloud

Your own cloud account.

Everything you are used to, chat, search, and automation. This model lives in the cloud and you can choose any current model or models. You pay as you go, the way most people are used to. For businesses without strict data rules.

Office Inference
Dedicated Cloud

Compliance-grade services.

The same system, deployed into a cloud account you own. Your documents stay covered by the compliance agreements your cloud provider offers. Regulated work is legally satisfied but your documents still reside on the cloud. This is also a pay as you go arrangement with any model.

Office Inference
In-Office

Your hardware, your office.

The same system except everything runs on hardware you own. You can build compliance unique to your situation. Built for businesses where a leaked document isn't an embarrassment, it's just not an option. You own this outright. There are no monthly fees.

Which one fits

Cloud works well if you have a non-regulated business, want to use the latest AI models, and you want to get up and running quickly with a monthly cloud and per token bill.

Dedicated Cloud works well if you have a regulated or government business and need to satisfy compliance rules. You can access the latest models, start quickly, and also pay a monthly cloud and per token bill.

In-Office works well if you want your data never to physically leave your building. It's also very good for satisfying compliance rules, or any stricter company rules. You can use the latest open weight / open source models. The startup consists of purchasing your own hardware but no per token costs. Service contracts are optional, depending on your company's technical expertise.

How it works

It's not magic, it's more like a layered cake. One layer reads your documents and indexes them. One layer decides which AI model answers what, and logs it. One layer is the chat you actually see. One layer does the grunt work: email drafts, approval routing, reminders. Cloud lives on a service like AWS and runs proprietary models. Dedicated Cloud also lives on an online service, runs proprietary models, and satisfies compliance rules. In-Office lives in your building, runs open weight / open source models, and can also satisfy compliance rules.

Start where you are. Move when the rules change.

You can start with any service. Cloud is the most economical in the beginning. Dedicated Cloud is where regulated work usually starts, because compliance is taken care of by your online provider (AWS). In-Office is where clients end up when they want the data physically incapable of leaving, or when the monthly bills really start to dig into your budget. All three run basically the same system, so moving is a deployment change, not a rebuild.
